Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

   These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Maison Shilajit and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation.

2. Products

   The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented on the website. Maison Shilajit reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.

3. Price

   Product prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Maison Shilajit reserves the right to modify prices at any time, it being understood that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order shall be the only price applicable to the customer.

4. Order

   Validation of the order by the customer implies acceptance without reservation of these terms and conditions of sale.

5. Payment

   Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are: credit card and PayPal.

6. Delivery

   Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. Maison Shilajit undertakes to ship orders within the timeframes indicated on the website, subject to product availability through our partner Mondial Relay.

7. Withdrawal and Return

   In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Protection of Personal Data

   The information collected by Maison Shilajit during any customer order is necessary for the management of their order by Maison Shilajit and its commercial partners. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the customer has a right of access, rectification, and deletion of data concerning them.

Intellectual Property

Disputes
